Security

I began my life of service well before the military. It actually began with my role as a security officer.

My last previous Role

My latest endeavor in the security industry was with a well known company in Springfield, Missouri. It was my first time as an armed officer (as previous employers did not offer armed services).

A large portion of our contracts were securing construction sites at night. However, it also included event security, including conventions and sorority parties.

However, I was given the opportunity to be a patrol officer. Which I not only patrolled client sights, but also responded to alarms.

After the Military

After leaving the Army, I needed to find work fast. For that, I returned to one of my previous skill sets, security. 

I took an opening with a company based out of Georgia, with clients in Springfield. With them I provided the typical unarmed site security at primarily manufacturing sites.

Interesting enough, the company had acquired a contract that a previous employer had, which I had been assigned to. As such, I was quickly assigned to that site, as it required specific training, that I already had.

The Early Years

As noted above, I began my life of service well before the military. It actually began with my role as a security officer.

My first security job with with a company based out of Tennessee, with various contracts in Springfield. I was assigned to one location, which required special training for a specific function. This later served me well, with an employer later in my career. (see above)
